Meditative Reflexology
Meditative Reflexology is a unique approach to reflexology where you can reach a state of meditation during the session.
Whilst I am working on the reflex points of the feet, I gently guide you through a meditation in order for you to reach total relaxation. In this way the reflexology session allows you to benefit from reflexology but also from being in a meditative state.
